This policy explains what personal information Novalane Studio (“we”) collects through novalanestudio.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send the quote form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, business name or website, the type of project, budget range and your message. If you tick the newsletter box, we also record that consent.
Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record technical data such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location and referring site. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the project you order.
- To send follow-up messages about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To send occasional tips by email, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep records required for accounting and payments.
We do not sell or rent your information.
Services we use
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Form submissions are processed by our own automation server and stored in our client database. Payments are handled by Payoneer; we never see or store your card details. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the project, support and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing dmytro@novalanestudio.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
