These terms apply to every project Novalane Studio (“we”) delivers. By approving a quote in writing you agree to them.
Quotes and scope
Each project starts with a written quote listing the pages, features, price and timeline. The price is fixed for that scope. New requests outside it are quoted separately before any work begins.
Payment
We ask for 50% before work starts and 50% before the site goes live, unless the quote says otherwise. Payments are made through a payment request sent by Payoneer to your email. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
Your content and feedback
You provide text, images and brand assets, or approve the drafts we write. You confirm you have the right to use the materials you send. The timeline depends on receiving content and feedback; a quote includes two rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the website, its content and design are yours. Hosting, domains and paid plugins are registered in your name and paid by you. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Communication
All communication happens in writing, by email or chat. We reply on business days, usually within a few hours.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a project at any time in writing. The deposit covers work already done and is refunded proportionally if we have not yet delivered the first design. Care plans can be cancelled before the next billing month.
Liability
We test every site before launch and fix defects in our work free of charge for 14 days after launch. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting, plugins or payment providers, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
